What You Need: 

The Capital to Purchase a Home, Closing Costs, Carry Interest  w/Hard Dollars, Rehab Monies for Flip
Next Steps:

Once all parties agree on the Investment Home, the attorney's handle: Title Search, Deposit, Closing Protocols
FRI Duties:

Site Selection, Negotiate the Purchase, Rehab the Property, Resell the Home (Profit Split - 50%/50%)
Financial Planning:

We work together to assist you in cashing out, or re-investing your profits in a 10-31 Exchange Property Purchase for Capital Gains Incentives and Investment Revenue.
