Our entire K2 Liquidators subsidiaries' business model is built on not only recycling & selling gently-used products (but eliminating and repurposing those products for other creative and sustainable uses.

As a Minority-Owner in  Florida Realty Investors, my partner agrees to allow me to hire a diverse and talented crew of many ethnic & sexually diverse persuasions. We're learning as much from our staff as they do from us. In addition, as an Air Force Veteran, we provide tools to help solicit donations for Project Rolling Thunder.

Our company uses sophisticated tools & software for our many divisions, and we're constantly challenging our team to learn as much as possible about a variety of different technologies for our own use, as well as for recommendations & training for our customers. Florida Realty Investors pays for any educational or learning opportunity for our staff. Whether it's for hardware or software training, and we also make time allowances for education, so we're basically paying them to learn. But, It's Worth It!

 Work/Life Balance:

At Florida Realty Investors we all need to feel included in our company decisions, and appreciated for the work that our team has done. Florida Realty Investors makes it mandatory to take vacation days, as we've found that sometimes work suffers when our staff is exhausted and has no down-time. Obviously, when we have deadlines it's an all-hands-on-deck scenario, but we also celebrate our successes, and reward our staff with time-off and/or bonuses whenever appropriate to do so.
